Would the RGB LEDs in the computer components continue to work when submerged in ElectroCool and not degrade?
All LEDs can be safely immersed in our ElectroCool Dielectric Coolants with no harmful effects. Your LEDs will work just fine!
Do I still have to install a heatsink on the CPU and GPU chips?
Yes, we recommend that you use a heatsink for CPUs and GPUs, however you do need to replace the TIM material before immersing, you can go here on our FAQ to see more information on the types of TIM to use with our coolants. http://faq.engineeredfluids.com/2959570/What-do-you-recommend-as-a-thermal-inte

Are there any optically clear commercially available pipes/tubes that do not degrade with ElectoCool for the cooling radiator loop?
We use Versilon A-120 tubing for many of our applications its available in many different sizes and is clear.
I live in a high humidity region, is ElectroCool hydrophilic, where it can absorb enough moisture to be conductive? Do I have to have a hermetically sealed system?
ElectroCool is extremely hydrophobic and will absorb very little moisture from the surrounding environment. We have many users in humid environments using unsealed tanks. If you wish to completely eliminate any humidity you can certainly seal the system to stop dust and moisture from entering.
