BitCool BC-888 is compatible with any metal. Most temperature probes and thermocouples are made from steel, so this won’t be a problem. Are there other ‘wetted’ parts in he probe? If there are, then the other parts (gaskets, O-rings, perhaps a plastic body of the probe) should be compared against our Materials Compatibility Guide to make sure that they're approved for use.
