Hi, the coefficient of thermal expansion for BitCool BC-888 is 0.00067/C.
60F = 15.6C
140F = 60C
Delta = ~45C
45 * 0.00067 = 0.03
This means that, in heating BitCool BC-888 from 60F (15C) to 140F (60C), the BitCool will expand 3%. So if you start off with 100 liters and heat it up, the fluid will occupy 103 liters. If you start with 1000 liters, the heated fluid will occupy 1030 liters. Whatever volume you start with will be be increased by 3% when you heat the fluid as described.
