hello would like to know if this coolant will work on and electric car with indirect cooling system...
my car suffers from coolant leaks and will like to use this coolant to prevent electrical shorts inside battery pak

Yes, AmpCool AC-110 can be used in an indirect cooling system that was originally made for water/glycol. Because water is the best heat transfer fluid available, you'll need to consider that AmpCool AC-110 will be about 80% as efficient in cooling as water is.
