Yes - you can use our products in a car radiator, however unless you have electronics in the flow of the Dielectric Coolant or the operating temperature is over 100C / 212F its probably not practical to use our coolants versus a standard glycol/water solution from a cost standpoint.
That said, our products would last for 25 years, so it would be fill and forget solution, and it would certainly provide a lower and higher operating temperature regime that glycol / water is able to provide.

Our coolants will circulate in a conventional engine cooling system that was designed for water/glycol, but the system will work better with water. The radiator and cooling duct systeem was designed around the heat transfer characteristics of water/glycol, and will work best with that coolant.
