How about a closed loop in a chest freezer? Use coils immersed in another fluid?
Just wondering for small setup using like a water heater type setup with a liquid in the chest freezer and coils in that liquid to transfer heat from the BitCool.

You can try this approach, just know that the chiller in most chest freezers are very low wattage, they are not designed to cool anything like the 4kW of heat generated by most miners.
A chest freezer is designed to slowly bring the temp in the chest down below freezing and there is nothing in the chest actively generating heat, thus the chiller just has to remove the latent heat which is why they don't make good active coolers.
